Judith A. Fallat is a graduate of Albany Law School of Union University, and has been a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars since 1983. She is affiliated with the National and New Jersey chapters of the Community Association Institute, and has served on the New Jersey Chapter’s Legislative Action and Education Committees.
Ms. Fallat has also served as a lecturer for the New Jersey chapter of the Community Association Institute on the subjects of Rules Enforcement, Architectural Design Review and Controls, the Structure and Interpretation of Association Documents, and Transition. Additionally, she has lectured for the New Jersey State Bar Association Institute for Continuing Legal Education and property management companies on the topic of Community Association Law.
Ms. Fallat co-authored “Dealing With Community Associations”, by the New Jersey Institute For Continuing Legal Education (1997), and is a contributor to various industry publications, including the NJ CAI Magazine, Community Trends, and the New Jersey Cooperator.
